On 4 November 2013 the premier of the documentary “The Spirit of Baikal” about the scientific researches and spiritual traditions at Lake Baikal took place at the TV channel “Russia Today”. The film, made with the participation of the Fund for Protection of Lake Baikal, is in English language.

The subject of the documentary is based on the activity of the International Russian-Swiss scientific expedition “TransEurasian flight: Leman-Baikal” and other scientific projects of the summer season 2013 at Lake Baikal. The main speakers of the film – Vice-President of the FPLB Bair Tsyrenov and the scientist from the Federal Polytechnic School in Lausanne (Switzerland) Yosef Akhtman.

On 4 and 5 November «The Spirit of Baikal» was demonstrated 14 times at English language TV channel, aimed at Russian and international public.
