As part of the annual International Film Festival on the Environment “H2O. Water for Life”, which will be held in the Moscow cinema “35mm” from June 6 to 9, the Fund for Protection of Lake Baikal will present a photo exhibition “Magical World of Lake Baikal” and the documentary “To the Depths of Lake Baikal”.

The Fund has become (in partnership with the project “Save Baikal”) an organizer and participant of the Round Table “Social Ecological projects on Lake Baikal. Environmental activity and promotion of environmental knowledge”, which will take place within the framework of the Festival. Experts, scientist and representatives of the environmental movements will debate the opportunities for public participation in the preservation of natural features on the potential environmental education, will share their experiences of volunteer actions, including on the coast of Lake Baikal.

We invite everyone to visit the photo exhibition “Magical World of Lake Baikal” (foyer of the cinema “35mm”, 6-9 June), the film “To the Depths of Lake Baikal” (Big Hall of the cinema “35mm”, June 9 at 17:00) and the Round Table “Social Ecological projects on Lake Baikal. Environmental activity and promotion of environmental knowledge” (Small Hall of the cinema “35mm”, June 9 at 17.20).
