Today at the Russian cultural and art festival in the Parisian suburb of Kremlen-Bisetr a wonderful concert was given by the Russian opera singer, Olga Zhigmitova.
During the entire evening, guests of the Great Hall in Kremlen-Bisetr could enjoy the performing arts soloist of the Buryat Opera and Ballet Theater. O. Zhigmitova often performs on the European opera scene, with her rich and varied repertoire. At the festival, she performed Buryat folk songs, as well as ancient Russian romances and arias.
It was the second solo performance by Olga Zhigmitova to a French audience, among whom many are already ardent fans of her talent. Noting the great skills and artistry of the singer, the appreciative audience gave a stormy ovation in the final hour and a half of the program.
